Ground-Level Bar Counter and Service Zone

• Full-length green bar counter with recessed bottle shelving behind — accommodates spirits, mixers, and glassware displays.

• Fold-out service window facing the outdoor patio, supported by retractable awning props for weather protection.

• Bar-height stools integrated at the counter front; additional wire-frame side chairs on the deck.

• Red corrugated container panel on the side elevation provides a bold visual anchor and brand-wall surface.

Lower Deck Outdoor Dining Area

• Wood-plastic composite flooring across the full ground level, extending beyond the container footprint as a platform.

• Decorative purple wrought-iron fencing on two open sides — adds character while defining the dining boundary.

• Multiple 4-top dining tables arranged for efficient seating density; can seat 20–30 covers at ground level depending on layout.

• Integrated side-access door at container end allows staff/service entry separate from the customer zone.

Rooftop Terrace

• Upper-level open terrace runs the full length of the container structure, accessible via an exterior steel staircase.

• Dark-steel vertical-bar safety railing on all four sides meets commercial safety standards.

• Furnished with black-framed dining tables and folding chairs; yellow accent chairs add visual contrast.

• The rooftop can accommodate an additional 10–20 covers, depending on furniture configuration.

Structure and Materials

• Primary structure: The main frame and support structures are precision-welded using 20×40 galvanized rectangular tubing, reinforced with 80×80 galvanized square tubing to enhance load-bearing capacity.

• Secondary frame: powder-coated dark-gray structural steel for the upper terrace platform and stair assembly.

• Adjustable screw-pile support legs (red/orange) — enable installation on uneven or soft ground without pouring a slab.

• All exterior steelwork is hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated for corrosion resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

1
Can I customize the color of the container and railings?
Yes. You can customize your container bar or retail space, including exterior colors, interior layouts, flooring, and panel styles. Cowinlife offers a wide range of customization options to meet your needs and align with your brand or local planning requirements.
2
Does a double-decker container bar require a concrete foundation?
No. The unit is equipped with adjustable screw pile support legs that distribute the load and can be installed on compacted gravel, grass, or soft ground. If you already have a concrete slab, the frame can be bolted directly onto it. A local soil assessment is recommended for permanent installations.
3
How do you access the rooftop terrace of this two-story container bar?
An outdoor steel staircase with handrails is located along the rear of the building. This staircase is included in the standard configuration. A second indoor staircase is also available as an option if needed.
4
Is this modular double-decker container bar suitable for year-round outdoor use?
The steel structure and container chassis are designed for outdoor environments. In cold climates, we recommend installing polycarbonate or tempered glass windbreaks on the rooftop terrace. Insulated wall panels for the container body are available as an upgrade option.
5
Are electrical and plumbing systems pre-installed?
The container bar unit is shipped with pre-drilled knock-out holes for standard conduit and piping locations. Final connections to the local water supply and drainage systems are completed on-site by a licensed contractor designated by the buyer. We will provide complete electrical and plumbing drawings.
6
Can I order a larger version for a bigger site?
This design can be expanded using a 40-foot container base or by adding adjacent container modules. We also offer L-shaped and U-shaped container bar configurations for larger sites. Please send your site layout to our sales team so we can create a customized solution for you.
7
What certifications does the structure have?
Our container structures comply with ISO container manufacturing standards. We can provide CE documentation and structural engineering certificates upon request for buyers in the EU and other regulated markets.
