Static window film is designed for smooth glass and privacy. Peel and stick wallpaper is better for walls, cabinets, shelves, and furniture panels. Both should be installed on clean, dry, smooth surfaces.
For every installation, verify that the surface is smooth, dry, and clean. If the wall is textured, dusty, oily, or newly painted, test a small corner before applying the full piece.
